Are you a blanket fort building, crafty, adventurous, and storytelling superstar? If so, we want you to join the dynamic team at Little Wonders! We are seeking talented babysitters with experience to provide support to families in the Toowoomba Region.
As a part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to babysit in the comfort of a family's home or accommodation, and become a regular support system for families on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. You'll also work with like-minded babysitters to create unforgettable play experiences for group bookings of 3+ kids at hotels and Airbnb's.
At Little Wonders, we're committed to supporting Australian Defence Force families and all families by offering date night babysitting, appointment support and end-of-year event care. You'll also get in on the action at weddings and private events, providing interactive care for 3-30 kids from birth to 12 years.

As a trusted caregiver, you'll be in charge of planning and executing fun, engaging, and interactive play experiences for each child, based on their interests and development level. You'll support the family's routine, which could include nappy changes, bath time, meal preparation, and helping kids transition smoothly through their evening routines. Your prior experience with kids will shine through as you manage each child's unique routine, support them through big emotions, and step in as a big sibling when parents need a break.
From time to time, you may be asked to work as part of a team - whether it's for group babysitting bookings, weddings, or events. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for your invoicing and keeping your qualifications up-to-date. With the flexibility to choose your hours and families, you'll need to be a pro at time management, communication, and being a top-notch babysitter/nanny.
