What You'll Be Doing:
* Engage confidently with potential customers and turn high-value leads into loyal campers.
* Share your passion for camping and off-road adventures while showcasing our premium products.
* Build lasting relationships from first enquiry through to post-sale follow-up.
* Stay up-to-date on our products and the latest trends in off-road camping.
* Collaborate with the team to set strategies, hit targets, and grow the business.
What We're Looking For:
* Essential: Proven experience selling high-value products, ideally in RVs, outdoor gear, or similar premium lifestyle markets.
* Excellent communicator, confident in person and over the phone.
* Highly organised, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
* Essential: Genuine passion for camping, 4WD adventures, or the outdoors.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and authentically with customers.
Remuneration & Benefits:
* Total Package: $110,000–$130,000+ per year, including base salary and commission (dependent on experience and performance)
* Lifestyle Perks: Use of a camper for holidays, staff discounts, and ongoing training
* Work-Life Balance: Tuesday–Saturday work week with shorter commute options for Hills residents
