The opportunity:
The Project Support Officer is responsible for providing support to the HV Field Service Operations Manager, Project Coordinators, Estimators, Team Leaders, Administrators and the Field Service team.
You will develop and implement processes, procedures & operational documentation to increase the efficient delivery of Ampcontrol's QLD HV Service to our customers
What are we looking for from you?
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent/higher relevant qualifications (essential)
* Project Management qualifications (desirable)
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience using electronic project/cost management systems
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Syteline)
* Exposure to engineering / trade field service environment in an administrative, planning, trade or production support role
