* Accelerate growth in the Commercial Repaint & Remedial market, partnering with national accounts, corporate clients and asset owners across sectors including health, education, aged care, industrial and multi‐residential.
* Act as a trusted advisor, blending sales leadership, technical expertise, marketing insight and commercial strategy to deliver tailored, high‐value solutions.
* Work closely with Dulux Trade Sales to convert specifications into long‐term customer success and sustained brand growth.

What We're Looking for:
* Degree qualified highly desirable
* Proven success in business development and account management at a national or state level.
* Robust stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Commercial acumen and technical knowledge in coatings, construction, or property.
* Confidence using CRM systems and business planning tools.
* High IT literacy and the ability to thrive in a high‐performance, cooperative team.
