Job Title: Social Media Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Coordinator to lead our social media and community engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social media channels concurrently, demonstrated copywriting skills with a focus on short form for social media platforms, and a portfolio of creative social media posts demonstrating their experience. They should also have community management experience including replying and engaging with customers, and experience using social media management tools for scheduling, listening, analysis and community management.
This role requires collaboration with various teams including Editorial, Content, Voice of Customer and Marketing to ensure all social and community activity is aligned.
* Create and schedule content across all social channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
* Write creative copy in our tone of voice for all social captions.
* Manage the social roll-out of campaigns such as Car of the Year.
* Collaborate daily with teams to ensure alignment.
* Community management and real-time monitoring of social channels, engaging and responding to new and existing conversations.
