As Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted right hand to the Managing Director, while also supporting the broader executive team. This role goes beyond traditional EA duties and offers exposure to strategic planning and project coordination.Key responsibilities include:Executive & Diary Management: Managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangementsExecutive Support: Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing papers for senior leadershipMeeting Coordination: Organising board and executive meetings, agendas, minutes, and action trackingStrategic Project Support: Monitoring progress against key initiatives and supporting delivery of business prioritiesStakeholder Liaison: Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersOffice & Operations Support: Assisting with broader administrative and operational tasks as requiredConfidentiality & Compliance: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalismAbout YouYou'll bring a calm, capable presence and enjoy working at executive level.Ideally, you will have:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professionalExceptional organisational and communication skillsHigh levels of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detailExperience coordinating projects, tracking actions, and following up on deliverablesStrong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systemsA proactive, solutions‐focused mindsetExperience in financial services or professional services (highly regarded)Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field (desirable)Please note: I am currently working on multiple Executive Assistant opportunities across financial services and professional services and not for profit.
