Job Title: Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting a coordinated approach to the Peer Responder Program and Culture and Wellbeing initiatives across Metro North Health. Your primary focus will be on providing ongoing coordination and supervision of the appointed Directorate Peer Responder Program, ensuring its sustainability and ongoing development.
About the Role:
You will be required to:
* Coordinate and support the delivery of the Directorate Peer Responder Program, including promotion, recruitment, training, and onboarding new members;
* Facilitate regular peer responder supervision and evaluate the program's effectiveness, reporting data to ensure continuous improvements;
* Build relationships and work in collaboration with key stakeholders to provide strategic advice regarding the sustainability of the Peer Responder Program and staff wellbeing and workplace culture initiatives;
* Provide triage support for Directorate staff and line managers requesting Peer Responder contact;
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and community groups. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
