Supernormal Brisbane & Bar Miette are looking for a talented Bar Manager starting in early 2026 to lead the bar program of two lively, quality-driven venues.
Supernormal and neighbouring wine bar Bar Miette opened at 443 Queen Street on the banks of the Brisbane river in mid-2024 and have quickly gained local and international recognition. Supernormal was named one of the Best New Restaurants in the World by Condé Nast Traveller's 2025 Hot List, and featured by Tourism Australia as one of the Top 25 Things to Do in Australia in 2025. Bar Miette was Runner-Up for Best Micro Wine List and Best Value Wine List at The World of Fine Wine's World's Best Wine Lists Awards 2025. Their menus celebrate local produce and connect with Queensland's farmers, fishers and foragers, to offer contemporary Australian dishes in two distinct venues.
Our beverage programmes are focused on wines and spirits that speak of place and time, from benchmark and emerging producers from across the globe. We aim for service that pleases without pretension, imparts knowledge that enriches rather than indoctrinates, and provides our guests with a genuine, personalised experience.
