Your new role
As a Revenue Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of revenue-related transactions. Your duties will include:
- Managing accounts receivable and processing payments
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies
- Assisting with revenue reporting and reconciliations
- Responding to internal and external enquiries regarding revenue matters
- Supporting compliance with financial policies and procedures
This is a 6-month temporary position, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for public sector work.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a revenue, accounts receivable, or finance administration role
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
- Familiarity with financial systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in government or public sector finance (desirable but not essential)
