Orpheus Island Lodge is a luxury 5-star resort, on a stunning remote island in the Great Barrier Reef. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coxswain / Master 5 with Divemaster or Instructor qualifications. This unique role combines expertise in guiding fishing excursions as well as snorkeling and scuba diving charters, ensuring our guests have unforgettable experiences both on and under the water.
This position would best suit someone with;
* Coxswain (Or Master V) experience in a luxury property
* Clean grooming & personal presentation
* Enjoys interacting with all ages (including children)
* Fishing experience
Your daily duties would include;
* Operate and navigate a number of boats (ranging from 7 - 12 metres), ensuring safety and comfort during all excursions.
* Manage and coordinate boat logistics, including docking, fueling, and maintenance.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create personalised experiences for guests.
* Assist with other resort activities as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Lead Guided snorkeling and dive groups
* Lead and conduct bespoke fishing tours for guests, catering to various skill levels from beginners to experienced anglers.
