A unique opportunity exists for a Restaurant Manager at the Pinctada Hotel, located just minutes from Cable Beach. The resort sits in one of WA's iconic tourist towns, surrounded by tropical gardens and luxury facilities.

About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate our dedicated staff to create memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth, maintaining impeccable restaurant standards, and upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage daily restaurant operations to control costs and provide a high-quality guest experience
* Manage rostering, recruitment and inventory management
* Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently
* Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs
* Nurture and develop the potential of our team members
* Engage with the local community to make a positive impact beyond our walls
What We Are Looking For
* Substantial leadership experience in a 5-star hospitality environment
* Excellent wine knowledge
* Proven track record of fostering high-performing and engaged teams
* Strong budget management and sales growth skills
* Passion for the hospitality industry with a customer-first approach
