The Role We are seeking a strategic leader for the role as Manager Corporate Services (MCS), which comes with an entitlement to the school vacation periods. You will be a crucial part of our executive leadership team and play a key role in the strategic and operational management of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in a cooperative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality corporate services that support student success.
As the MCS, you will work closely with the Principal and executive leadership team to oversee key operational areas, including:
Financial Management – ensuring sound financial planning and oversight using the Schools Resourcing
Human Resources & Administration – leading effective workforce planning and school administration processes.
Buildings & Asset Management – managing facilities, resources, and capital or minor works projects.
ICT Management – ensuring effective use of information and communication technology across the school.
Promotions & Public Relations – enhancing the school’s profile and engagement with the community.
About You The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced strategic leader with a proven ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across the school community.
A collaborative team leader, able to foster a strong team ethos within the Administration Support Team.
Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, governance, and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
