How can you help us
Key responsibilities & duties
General office administration tasks as required.
Assist with the preparation for recruitment & onboarding and the employee lifecycle & offboarding.
Administration for learning and development support.
Assist in the systems & process improvement.
Manage, maintain, update WHS registers, databases and document control systems.
Track and record inductions, training, licenses and certifications for all subcontractors.
Assist with the preparation of safety audits, inspections, and compliance reports.
Collate incident reports, investigation documents, and corrective action registers.
Support the coordination of toolbox talks, pre-starts and other safety communication.
Liaise with Installations Manager, subcontractors and External sales to ensure timely submission of safety paperwork.
Salary Range
60k-70k (Prorated to 22.8hrs)

What we would like you to bring to the team
Essential
Strong administration background (essential), ideally within construction, engineering, or professional services.
Excellent organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint desirable).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
ISO***** systems knowledge & experience.
Previous experience with SiteDocs.
Previous experience with Hi-Bob.
