As a Business Advisory Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop the ability to apply fundamental accounting skills, understand accounting plans, prepare financial statements, develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic accounting tools, and much more!
Key responsibilities:
* Providing strategic and operational advice to clients
* Supporting accounting and business advisory services
* Working with cloud accounting and digital advisory tools
* Assisting with strategic outsourcing engagements
* Preparing and executing ad‐hoc tasks to support the team
* Supporting SME tax compliance and simplification
* Assisting with superannuation services
* Contributing to business strategy and development
* Supporting succession and estate planning activities
* Bringing a positive attitude to team environments
* Tailoring tasks and solutions to meet individual client needs
About You:
You're someone who is motivated, adaptable and eager to build a career in business advisory. You bring initiative, professionalism and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do. You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Are studying or have completed a degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
* Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
* Are a proactive self‐starter who collaborates well and contributes ideas
* Bring a can‐do attitude and a passion for continuous learning
* Adapt quickly and apply knowledge across different situations
* Demonstrate strong time management skills
* Are comfortable working with a wide variety of clients
* Hold Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Permanent Residency
