The company specializes in the engineering, design, manufacture, and implementation of both conventional and advanced solutions.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and results driven Business Efficiency Manager to lead the development and execution of transformative strategies aimed at improving operational performance across the business.Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll work closely with cross functional teams including operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to drive cost saving initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and implement lasting improvements that align with strategic objectives.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a energetic, high growth environment and enjoys creating meaningful change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional efficiency projects that drive cost savings, improve workflows, and align with strategic goalsAnalyse business processes and systems to identify and implement practical, high-impact improvementsFacilitate the adoption of new technologies and ERP enhancements to streamline operationsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise supply chain and resource utilisationDeliver training on continuous improvement tools methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), new technologies, and foster a culture of operational excellenceReport to senior leadership on performance outcomes, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and sustainability metricsAbout YouBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related disciplineMinimum 5 years experience in business process improvement, operations management or a similar role, ideally within industrial manufacturing or project-based industriesProven success implementing efficiency projects and delivering tangible cost savingsStrong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar methodologies (certification preferred, e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)Proficiency with ERP systems (MS Dynamics/BC desirable) and data tools like Power BI, coupled with advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical and communication skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentCulture and BenefitsMinetek is an organisation built on strong company values, committed to the personal and professional development of its employees.
