Junior Administration Assistant (Trainee or Experienced)

We're on the lookout for someone who's switched‑on, organised, and ready to step into a modern admin role where your contribution actually matters. What you'll be doing
You'll support the day‑to‑day flow of the business, including:
* General admin support, data entry, onboarding tasks, timesheet checks, and basic bookkeeping
* Assisting with payroll and helping keep our finance processes clean and consistent
* Coordinating schedules and helping keep the wheels turning
* Answering calls and handling enquiries with confidence
* Supporting the wider team wherever needed
* Learning and using modern job management systems as part of our digital workflow
What we're looking for
* Strong organisational skills and a natural sense of what needs attention first
* Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
* Comfortable using office software and app‑based systems (Microsoft Office, Xero, job management platforms, etc.)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive mindset — someone who flags issues early rather than waiting for them to become problems
* Experience in admin is ideal, but attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much
