About the Role
In this role, you will provide leadership, daily direction and coordinated oversight of Pharmacy Services within the Coffs Clinical Network (CCN). You will drive the strategic advancement, implementation and ongoing maintenance of high‑quality pharmacy services, ensuring they are timely, cost‑effective and aligned with best practice.
By guiding service delivery across the network, you will support optimal patient care and ensure that pharmacy services consistently meet the needs of patients, clinicians and the wider health service.
This is a Full‑Time Permanent role based in Coffs Harbour.
About You
You are a qualified and registered pharmacy professional holding an Australian‑recognised Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy, a current, unrestricted AHPRA Pharmacy Board registration with postgraduate management qualifications or equivalent management experience. You bring strong expertise in hospital pharmacy services and have contributed to quality improvement initiatives across both pharmacy systems and broader healthcare environments.
Your clinical knowledge is well developed, with experience delivering pharmacist services for adult, paediatric and older patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. You have an advanced understanding of medication management and safety principles, including a solid grasp of National Standards and accreditation requirements across the CCN and at facility level.
You will need to be highly organised, communicative and adaptable, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable participating in an on‑call roster when required, and apply quality improvement principles with confidence, using analytical and problem‑solving abilities to develop practical solutions that support service goals and organisational performance.
