About the Sales Consultant Role
Bedroom Gallery is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our Canning Vale store as a part-time / casual Sales Consultant. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our store's success by delivering exceptional customer service and helping our valued customers find the perfect mattress and bedroom furnishings. You will build strong relationships with our clientele and contribute to our reputation for outstanding service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Warmly greeting and welcoming customers to create a positive shopping experience.
* Actively listening to understand each customer's specific needs and offer tailored recommendations.
* Clearly demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to empower customers to make informed decisions.
* Provide assistance with product selection, processing orders, and coordinating delivery arrangements.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range and stay up-to-date with new offerings.
* Contribute to the store's visual appeal through effective merchandising and display maintenance.
* Supporting daily store operations, including housekeeping, receiving goods, and restocking.
* Accurately processing cash and card transactions.
* Consistently providing exceptional customer service.
We're Looking For Candidates Who Have:
* Prior experience in a sales or customer service role within a retail or service environment, ideally within the bedding or furnishings sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively connect with customers.
* Solid product knowledge and a sharp attention to detail.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive as part of a friendly team.
* A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
* Flexibility to work a part-time or casual schedule, including weekends.
This role has the potential to progress to a future full time position.
