Field Service Diesel Technician/Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Field Service Diesel Technician to support our customers located in Echuca/Bendigo and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
* Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines
* Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
* Compiling and completing accurate reporting
* Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Liaising with our internal service and parts department
About You:
* You will have a qualification as a Diesel Technician with extensive experience with Caterpillar machines (or similar)
* You will be able to service customers and their equipment to a very high standard
* You will have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge
* You will have a proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic
* You will have a strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
* You will hold a current Drivers and Light Rigid Licence (heavy vehicle licence is also highly regarded)
* You will have proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervised
