Let's talk about this role This is a 13 month Parental Leave Fixed Term Contract as the nib Marketing Manager. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and execution of acquisition marketing campaigns, with a key focus on messaging, offers, lead generation and database marketing. This role has a specific focus on our nib brand, inclusive of our DTC, broker, voluntary corporate and affiliate referral channels. It also supports some of the new markets we unlock via our Payer to Partner strategy. It shares and develops best practice with our partner brands, whilst leveraging the insight and technical expertise within the wider nib business. Let's talk about you Essential to the success of this role, you will have a degree in Marketing/Business along with 5 years proven experience in a similar role.? You have expertise in defining key messaging and optimisation, developing a schedule of tactical offers, developing and executing lead generation and nurture marketing strategies, and identifying appropriate referral campaigns to grow our overall sales.
