About You
You're an accomplished Master Plumber with extensive experience in designing, installing, and maintaining complex plumbing systems. Your deep understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices enables you to lead projects with precision and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage large plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
* Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials, considering factors such as cost, efficiency, and sustainability.
* Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, resolving any issues found and implementing corrective measures.
* Train and mentor junior plumbing staff, fostering their growth and development.
* Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
* Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Requirements
* Must be a US or Australian citizen.
* Must have a US TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance.
* Must have a minimum of five years of plumbing experience.
* Must have a Master Plumbing license or AUS equivalent.
* Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
* Excellent project management and leadership skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems.
* Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
* Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
Desired Qualifications
* Backflow Prevention Inspector Certification.
This role will be located at a 4,400-acre facility in Alice Springs, supporting critical infrastructure and operational readiness. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
