* You will manage customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
* Supporting internal departments including the workshop, field service teams, and sectors like marine, earthmoving, and construction at our Kalgoorlie branch.
* Cross-functional coordination across multiple store locations requires attention to detail, accuracy, and responsiveness in a high-demand environment.
