Responsibilities:
The incumbent provides quality guest service through the sale of tickets and Bingo reservations under the supervision of the Box Office Supervisor. Essential duties include:
* Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
* Assist guests with the purchase of admission passes.
* Obtain required approval and acceptance of various forms of payment (credit card, casino chips, debit cards, etc.).
* Reconcile cash and ticket media according to prescribed cash handling guidelines.
* Assist guests with lost tickets and passes. Reissue and/or refund according to established policies.
* Perform daily inspections for safety, quality and cleanliness at opening and closing, reporting deficiencies.
* Provide guests with general information to ensure a pleasant visit at the Seminole Hard Rock & Casino.
* Promote positive guest and employee relations at all times.
* Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required, along with one to two years of previous cashiering and/or ticketing experience.
