This is your chance to play a key role in elevating their eCommerce performance to new heights.About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and data-driven eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day management and growth of their Shopify online store. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue and improve the customer experience through conversion rate optimisation (CRO), customer experience (CX), SEO, and cross-team collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimise the site and maximise business growth.The ResponsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end performance of their online store, including product listings, merchandising, and on-site promotionsCollaborating with developers and external SEO/CRO agencies to implement optimisation strategiesAnalysing site metrics, customer journeys and AOV to drive ongoing improvementExecuting conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and landing page enhancementsWorking cross-functionally with digital, creative and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand and customer experienceCoordinating with the marketing team to ensure new product and campaign launches are executed flawlessly onlineMonitoring and reporting on key KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and sales performanceManage the evolving eCommerce tech stack to ensure optimal performanceAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, performance-led environment. You’ll be curious, data-driven and hands-on, with a love for turning insights into action.The Experience RequiredStrong experience with Shopify and a solid understanding of eCommerce operationsProven background in conversion rate optimisation and website analytics (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)A strategic mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to manage agency relationships and brief effectivelyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with SEO fundamentals and email platforms (Klaviyo is a bonus)A passion for digital innovation and continuous improvementThe OfferWork for an innovative consumer product brand with global growth ambitionsFive days in a state of the art office with flexible work times.
