Your Role
As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will lead a team of phone-based sales representatives who will be speaking to current Dulux accounts. You will coach and develop your team, leading by example by speaking to key Dulux Trade account holders across the country.
This role and business function are key to enabling our Trade growth strategy. You will be supported with great leadership and structure that will set your team up for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing contact centre sales and service team which fully meets its objectives.
* Ensure outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements.
* Manage and update customer key information within the CRM database.
* Ensure exceptional quality and customer service standards are active and maintained through call management observation and interdepartmental feedback.
