* support the annual performance process (KPI setting, mid-year and end-of-year reviews)

* assist in the promotions process

* organise professional development programs and training, such as Lunch N' Learns
* help maintain a safe and compliant workplace in line with the Centre's WHS framework

* monitor and report risks using Riskware

* support the COO to maintain the Centre-wide risk management framework

About you

* strong HR administration skills

* great communication and problem-solving ability

* a team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment
* a passion for supporting people and creating a positive workplace culture

In addition to the employee's salary and superannuation, the Centre provides a range of benefits including:

* Professional development allowance, plus a range of training and development opportunities provided by the University
* Salary packaging for motor vehicles, laptops and superannuation
* Staff discounts on selected bank products and health insurance
* UniSuper superannuation advice, seminars and financial advisers
* Discounted rates to Uni sport and fitness centres
* Free annual flu vaccinations
* Free counselling through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service
* Discounted veterinary services for pets of staff
