Job Description
The role of Contracts and Pricing Manager is a pivotal position within the organization, overseeing commercial, contractual and pricing activities across multiple mining projects.
* Manage all commercial and contract activities from tender to execution and close-out.
* Create accurate cost estimates, pricing models and commercial assessments to ensure margin protection.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors for tender submissions, bid evaluations and commercial negotiations.
* Draft, review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to minimize commercial and operational risk.
* Oversight of post-award contract administration including variations, claims, change control, extensions and contractor performance.
* Analyse project bids and operational contracts using financial modelling and risk assessment techniques.
* Provide insights and reporting on commercial performance to senior leadership and project teams.
* Drive continuous improvement in estimating, pricing and contract management processes.
