We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to step into a busy, high-volume finance environment during a short-term leave period. This is a great opportunity to utilise your AP expertise, keep things running smoothly, and support a strong handover process with the incumbent.
Key Details
* Start: ASAP to allow handover and training
* Duration: Approx. 4 weeks (until early October 2025)
* Location: Beresefield
* Hours: Flexible 24–38 hours per week (preferably full-time hours due to volume)
* Systems: Translogix (prior exposure desirable, but not essential if you're a quick learner)
* Team: Join a collaborative finance team within a large, established business
Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices
* Managing high-volume accounts with varying supplier demands
* Ensuring AP is kept under control during a busy period of growth
* Supporting end-of-month processing and ensuring deadlines are met
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated accounts payable experience in a medium-to-large organisation
* Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and remain calm at peak times
* Flexible approach to working hours and availability for the handover period
