We are seeking an experienced
Accounts Payable Officer
to step into a busy, high-volume finance environment during a short-term leave period. This is a great opportunity to utilise your AP expertise, keep things running smoothly, and support a strong handover process with the incumbent.

Approx. 4 weeks (until early October 2025)

Hours:
Flexible 24–38 hours per week (preferably full-time hours due to volume)
Systems:
Translogix (prior exposure desirable, but not essential if you're a quick learner)
Team:
Join a collaborative finance team within a large, established business
Responsibilities
Accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices
Managing high-volume accounts with varying supplier demands
Ensuring AP is kept under control during a busy period of growth
Supporting end-of-month processing and ensuring deadlines are met
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated accounts payable experience in a medium-to-large organisation
Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy in data entry
Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and remain calm at peak times
Flexible approach to working hours and availability for the handover period
