 
        
        Part-time EAP teacher position available at a RTO campus in the south of Brisbane.
We are a growing RTO delivering nationally recognised VET qualifications in English, business, automotive skills, cookery and hospitality, and other disciplines.
We are looking for a suitable person to fill the role of EAP teacher.
Duties
 * Prepare for, deliver and test EAP courses offered by the RTO
 * Participate in course validation and moderation
 * Mark, correct and provide feedback on students' assignments and assessments
 * Maintain students' attendance
 * Generate student reports
 * Manage resources effectively and efficiently
 * Provide general academic support as directed by the Academic Manager
 * Undertake and participate in other activities/projects/duties as directed.
Essential Selection Criteria
 * Expert level of General and Academic English
 * Certificate IV or above in TESOL, or equivalent
 * Bachelor degree or above
 * Understanding of student needs and passionate in student support
 * High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience in dealing with international students.
The position is scheduled to commence immediately.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

 * Unrestricted right to work in Australia
 * Willingness to obtain a Police Check
 * Currently residing within normal commuting distance of Slacks Creek, QLD.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
