About the role
In this role, your days will involve managing incoming calls, processing customer orders and claims, responding to queries, resolving issues, and collaborating with the wider team. Weekly tasks include reviewing open orders, managing project queries, and keeping data updated.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of orders via various channels.
Coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders and distribution.
Invoicing for sales orders and handling warranty claims.
Investigate and resolve stock and delivery issues.
Collaborate with sales staff to support customers.
Engage with the wider Customer Service team.
Collaborate with other teams, including Sales and Warehouse, AP & AR for efficient customer support.
Ensure accuracy in all tasks and explore more productive work methods.
Complete regular checks and reports related to orders, stock, pricing, and more.
Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience in a product-based Customer Service role.
Experience in B2B and B2C customer support, preferably in retail channels.
Exceptional customer handling skills and a proactive attitude.
Motivation to collaborate within a small, engaged team and champion your area of focus.
Excellent communication skills
