About The Role
Days of Working: ************* Monday to Friday. Are you ready to lead a team and ensure exceptional security and customer service in the courts and tribunal system? Join OCS as a Security Supervisor and be part of a team that values your leadership and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the security team, providing exceptional first-line manned guarding and customer service to all court users.
Ensure compliance with all identified legislation, such as H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
Carry out duties in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, including monitoring premises, CCTV and search channels.
Be point of contact for any security issues within the complex, recording and reporting details of incidents.
Duty manager cover on weekends on rotation.
Manage team rosters and Timegate systems.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS and BS**** security clearance (will be completed for the successful candidate).
SIA Licence and relevant security-related experience.
Supervisory experience of security teams.
Strong people and customer-service skills.
Good diligence and high standard of work.
Effective communication skills.
Employment Details
Full-time position. Attendance allowance of £1 per hour can be earned on contracted hours, subject to meeting certain attendance-related criteria.
