With over 60 years of combined AV integration experience, we are a growing organisation focused on well-executed projects and strong client relationships.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Director / Business Development Manager to help grow Soundview through direct engagement with end users and long-term client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone with solid AV integration experience who enjoys developing opportunities, shaping AV solutions, and managing projects through the full sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Develop new business through direct-to-market / end-user engagement
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify and qualify AV opportunities across corporate, government and education sectors
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored AV solutions
* Prepare proposals, scopes and presentations
* Manage opportunities from prospecting through to project handover
* Represent Soundview within the AV, technology and construction sectors
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years experience in AV sales, account management or BDM
* Strong understanding of audio visual systems and integration solutions
* Experience selling direct to end users
* Strong relationship building and communication skills
* Ability to manage your own pipeline and drive opportunities
