Candidate Profile
* An experienced butcher that excels at processing traditional cuts and customer service.
* Passionate about their trade and keen to develop our apprentices and lesser experienced butchers.
* Understanding of the need to maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
* Experienced working with carcass stock and value add products.
* A person who loves food and talking to customers on the best cuts and cooking methods.
