We are seeking a highly skilled Production Metal Worker to join our team in WA.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for routine plant inspections and maintenance across all sites, examining detailed drawings or specifications to identify job requirements, set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment, operate machines to produce parts or tools, fit and assemble metal parts, tools or sub-assemblies, cut, thread, bend and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines, dismantle and diagnose faulty assemblies and repair or replace defective parts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications and certifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the respective field
* Valid driver's license and construction white card
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
* Efficient time management and ability to work to deadlines
* Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
