About the Role
In this rewarding role, you'll support residents with their daily needs while building meaningful connections.
You will:
* Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
* Support emotional wellbeing and social engagement
* Maintain dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
* Help create a safe, warm, and homelike environment
* Observe and report any changes in residents' health
About You
You're caring, reliable, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
You will ideally have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards)
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Australian work rights (Unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorships)
* Availability to work across all shifts
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
