Job Summary

Provide sales and administrative support to the merchandise team in a fast-paced environment.

* Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and dispatching of goods.
* Assist customers with product enquiries and pricing information.
* Process counter sales efficiently.
* Maintain workplace safety procedures.
* Support the creation and distribution of merchandise campaign materials.
* Offer general administrative assistance to the team.
* Coordinate and manage dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a team environment, be passionate about Australian farming and agriculture, possess a proactive approach to work, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation.


Key Responsibilities

* Stock Control and Management:
o Perform regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
o Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies.
* Customer Support:
o Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability and pricing.
o Provide product information and recommendations.
* Counter Sales:
o Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Workplace Safety:
o Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures.
* Merchandise Campaigns:
o Assist in the creation and distribution of merchandise campaign materials.
* General Administration:
o Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
* Dispatching and Unpacking:
o Coordinate and manage the dispatching and unpacking of orders and deliveries.

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
