The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is a 50/50 joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years.

The proposed project consists of a program of works across three Department of Defence establishments including:

The proposed capital investment of $2 billion will incorporate a variety of elements including:

* Construction of new messing and living in accommodation
* Construction of new training facilities
* Refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings
* Remedial works and upgrades to infrastructure services

The opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for Site Administrator to provide administrative support to the project team, helping ensure the smooth day to day operation of site activities across the Riverina Redevelopment Program. You'll play a key role in documentation control, cost processing, and stakeholder coordination on a major Defence project.

What you'll do

* Provide day to day administrative support to the project and site teams.
* Manage correspondence, documentation, filing, and records in line with project procedures.
* Raise purchase orders, process supplier dockets, and assist with invoice matching.
* Support end of month processes, cost tracking, and reporting requirements.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to support site operations.

What you'll bring

* Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a construction environment.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines in a busy site environment.
