Casual FIFO Chefs – Remote WA Mine Sites
Remote Personnel is seeking experienced Casual FIFO Chefs to deliver hearty, high-volume meals that keep mine site crews fuelled, secure and satisfied.
What you'll do
- Cook bulk breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and crib for large workforces
- Create delicious, nutritious meals catering for all dietary needs
- Keep kitchens spotless while maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
- Work across day/night split shifts in a supportive, fast-paced team
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years FIFO Chef experience on Australian mine sites (essential – please don't apply unless you meet this requirement)
- Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery
- Must hold both Certificate III and Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Current WA Driver's Licence and valid ID (Passport, Birth Certificate, or Citizenship Certificate)
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 4 months)
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexibility for FIFO ex-Perth and split shifts (day/night)
- Willingness to complete pre-employment and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
