Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) – Sydney Brand Centre
We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Sydney Brand Centre. The Floor Operations Third-In-Charge supports the store leadership team in achieving the store's net sales and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Halo store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.

Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and direct the Halo store floor team to achieve sales, membership and shrinkage KPIs and targets.
* Demonstrate accountability for store performance by maximizing resource allocation and executing processes to drive profitability.
* Support the Assistant Store Manager – Floor Operations by driving a selling and service culture through sales execution strategies, product knowledge & training, and by ensuring consumers come first.
* Support a performance culture by achieving personal expectations and targets, analysing store performance, and holding the store team accountable with appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.
* Coach, motivate and inspire the Halo store floor team to set and accomplish store goals and maximize their individual performance.
* Actively collaborate and share best practice with peers to support and drive retail performance across the Halo store.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Coordinate team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Retail Team Leader in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
