An established commercial builder with a strong reputation across fitout, retail, hospitality, medical, and light industrial sectors is looking for a motivated leader to run their Small Works Division. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Supervisor ready to step into a Construction Manager role.
About The Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing a team delivering multiple projects ranging from $300k to $5m across metro Perth. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, PMs, and CA’s helping to guide programs, solve issues, and maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects concurrently
- Support and mentor delivery teams across sites
- Ensure smooth coordination of trades, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Work closely with Directors on strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in commercial construction
- Confidence managing multiple small-to-mid-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site coordination
- Leadership qualities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
