We're seeking a strong, capable Regional Manager to take the lead in managing our Region 6 depots (Kingsgrove, Tempe, Burwood and Leichhardt), driving performance, safety, and service delivery excellence.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the operational efficiency of our depots—including drivers, mechanics, and admin teams—ensuring compliance with Transport for NSW requirements and upholding our company’s high standards in safety, service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement strategic initiatives for Region 6 in line with NSW operational goals.
* Motivate and manage a high-performing team of depot managers, drivers, mechanics, and admin staff.
* Ensure contractual, safety, and compliance obligations with Transport for NSW are met.
* Oversee performance management, resource planning, and training across all locations.
* Drive a strong safety-first culture and lead serious incident response.
* Maximise service and maintenance efficiency to meet KPIs and budget objectives.
* Promote continuous improvement through audits, reviews, and long-term planning.

About You
You’re an experienced operational leader with the ability to lead complex teams and navigate high-stakes environments. You can balance frontline decision-making with a strategic mindset and bring energy, professionalism, and integrity to everything you do.
Required:
* Experience managing large transport/logistics operations
* Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
* Knowledge of public transport contracts and regulatory requirements
* Analytical skills with a focus on planning, budgeting, and compliance
* Excellent time management and performance under pressure
Highly Desirable:
* Qualifications in Management, Logistics, or a related field
* Experience in working with government stakeholders
* Proven ability to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
