About the role
We're looking for an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to join our Airlie Beach/Proserpine team. You'll oversee multiple domestic insurance repair jobs, ensuring smooth delivery, quality workmanship and positive customer experiences.
* Prepare reports, quotes & insurance assessments
* Communicate with clients, insurers & internal teams
* Ensure compliance, safety & KPI performance
* Maintain records in Prime Ecosystem & insurer platforms
* Occasional travel during major weather events
About you
* Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred)
* QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
* Experience in supervision, estimating & insurance repairs
* Tech-savvy with repair systems & Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of NCC, QBCC & WHS standards
* Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
* Safety and customer experience driven
