We are looking for qualified and experienced Trade Waiters with a minimum of 2 years of experience. An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Trade Waiter ready to take responsibility for a role in a fantastic venue with a close-knit team that really loves what they do.

Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate III in Hospitality
* RSA/RSG certification (or willingness to obtain) and food handling knowledge.
* Minimum of two years experience in the role.
* Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills.
* Have a solution-based mindset and an open and positive approach to team work.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
* Greet, seat and serve guests, taking accurate orders and serving food/drinks.
* Ensure the bookings platform is frequently checked and updated.
* Clear and reset tables, maintain dining area presentation and hygiene standards.
* Upsell specials and daily promotions.
* Recommend food and beverage pairings.
* Respond to customer enquiries and feedback.
* Assist bar and food runner duties when required.
