Contract role through mid-2026. Full hours, Monday to Friday. Competitive Hourly Rate.
We are seeking a skilled Business Services Officer on behalf of our client to provide high-level administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of our work groups and depots. This role is the first point of contact for staff and the public, handling a wide range of business services functions in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage training compliance, reporting, and employee licence data
Support procurement and purchasing processes (SAP) including requisitions, quotes, and receipting
Coordinate travel bookings for field personnel
Assist with payroll processing including timesheets, claims, and reimbursements
Provide safety meeting support including agendas, minutes, and campaigns
Handle data entry, archiving, and project administration tasks
Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Skills And Experience Required
Proven experience in administration or business services
Strong skills in procurement, payroll, training management, and travel coordination
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel experience required)
