Digital Innovation Service Designer Contract: 12 months Day Rate: $1,000 super About the Role We are seeking an experienced Digital Innovation Service Designer to drive the design and delivery of high-quality, user-centred digital services. In this role, you will apply design thinking, human-centred design, lean start-up methodologies, and research practices to solve complex problems and enable teams to deliver best-in-class digital outcomes. You will also play a key role in exploring and applying AI-enabled solutions, using modern platforms and tools to prototype, test, and evaluate innovative concepts within an enterprise environment. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Deep expertise in design thinking, human-centred design, and lean start-up methodologies A strong understanding of AI technologies and hands-on experience using modern platforms to prototype and assess AI solutions Proven experience leading workstreams and influencing strategic outcomes in complex environments Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Strong knowledge of information technology practices and experience working within multidisciplinary IT teams The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience operating in large enterprise environments, with an understanding of the challenges of innovating at scale Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills Proficiency in MS Office tools, including AI capabilities such as Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, and Copilot, as well as collaboration tools such as Miro If you interested to hear more please apply or reach out to Tito Tealdo - titob@eitr.com.au and we will be in touch!
