Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide accurate, real-time insights across all business units.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate complex data into clear, impactful financial metrics.
* Analyse financial performance and key drivers, delivering data-backed recommendations to improve business outcomes.
* Automate financial reporting processes, streamlining workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
* Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and working with IT on system enhancements.
* Present key financial insights to senior management, including variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
* Lead and train teams on Power BI and reporting tools, developing user guides and running training sessions.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, contributing to financial planning and business growth initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you must have
* Degree in Accounting or Finance
* CA / CPA qualified
* Experience in a complex and fast pace environment
* Proven experience in financial analysis & reporting
* Advanced Power BI & Excel proficiency
* Strong analytic & problem-solving skills
* Ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders
* Proactive with strong initiative & accountability
