Job Summary:
This role involves resolving inbound customer enquiries mainly out of business hours requiring booking amendments or emergency travel assistance.
The Job Role
* Resolve inbound enquiries via phone and email from existing corporate clients.
* Quote and issue new airfare tickets, calculate and reissue air tickets for changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
* Extensive Global Distribution System (GDS) knowledge, with Sabre being essential.
* Previous retail or corporate travel consulting experience.
* Passionate service-oriented approach.
* Proven track record in a customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
