About You
You are a reliable and adaptable Disability Support Worker who is passionate about helping people with disabilities live independent and fulfilling lives.
You will demonstrate:
* Recent experience in disability support or community care
* Strong person-centred approach
* Confidence in assisting with daily living activities and community participation
* Clear communication and a team-focused approach
* Professional presentation and reliability
* Flexibility suited to agency work
* Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months experience in SIL or community care
* Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current NSW Working With Children Check
* Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
