**About the role**
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, the Communications Manager will plan, lead and execute on all communications for the Brand. This will include all owned platforms and paid multi-channel media campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the overarching brand objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with agency partners and be responsible for maintaining the brand's tone of voice throughout all channels. You will evaluate existing digital strategies and explore and implement effective improvements. In this role, you will also:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage agency partners to deliver content plans for social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok
- Responsible for the briefing and managing of photo and video shoots for asset creation
- Manage company's CMS and maintain website relevance & performance while improving organic performance through management of website SEO
- Responsible for optimising the performance of the organisation's consumer database
- Build annual EDM plans to ensure a calendar of regular and relevant content that drives engagement
- Manage the briefing, planning, execution and performance of media campaigns with our media agency partner to deliver to defined brand objectives
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. Marketing or Communications
- 5+ years' experience in digital strategy, content management & communications
- 5+ years' of hands-on experience in website CMS, CRM, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
- Experience working within Sprinklr (preferred) and WordPress or Marketo (desirable)
- Experience managing agency relationships.
- Experience in briefing and reviewing multi-channel media plans.
- Both strong verbal and written communication skills
