**The Position**
Partnering with the current People and Culture Operations Manager along with the border People & Culture Team, you will be supporting over 2000+ Team Members nationally across 50+ services throughout Australia. Thus, providing a fast-paced, engaging, and demanding environment, with no two days being the same. This role will see you being accountable for and partnering with a client group of 35 services providing front-line generalist industrial and employment relations advice and support. You will be an experience HR Generalist that has strong strategic partnership capabilities and is proactive in there approach to HR.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide advice and coaching in supporting employee lifecycle activity and programs, through being the first point of contact for team members and leaders in your client group;
- Support, coordinate, and initiate employee engagement and culture initiatives projects, and events;
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to connect and partner with Leadership and Operational teams located throughout Australia.
**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in the development of effective partnering relationships within a HR Business Partner capacity;
- Strong relationship building and partnering skills are essential;
- Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills;
- A genuine passion and care for others as this organisation is focused on community care.
